I’m cooking the chicken into soup, using carrots from my bag of mini carrots.
The soup will go with left over rice will be lunch on Sunday.
On a much lighter note, one frustrating point of this week. I’ve been milchig all week but couldn’t afford the ice cream to enjoy it!
